• Shipping Processing Time
  

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and Singapore's public holidays.

Shipping fee for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Shipping Confirmation 
  

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped out, a SMS alert will be sent to your provided mobile number by our 3rd party courier updating the delivery status.

• Self Collection

Self collection available at 150 Orchard Road, Orchard Plaza Singapore 238841. Email us [email protected] or drop us a message for arrangements if you prefer to skip shipping fees.

• Mode of Payment
  

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe, PayPal or local banks internet banking PayNow, PayLah and cash if you prefer to contact us for direct payment and goods pick-up.

• Exchange Policy

Should your order arrived damaged or incorrect items, kindly reach out to us with photos of the defective areas / incorrect items for verification purposes within 7 days of purchase. 

• Refund Policy

Kindly note that we do not do refund nor returns for all purchases shipped.
